HTT series computer control Servo-Hydraulic horizontal tensile testing machine is suitable for tensile test of long materials like wire rope, cable, nylon rope and chain etc. The Servo-Hydraulic horizontal tensile testing system adopts the full digital controller, servo control system along with the standard analytic software. The Servo-Hydraulic horizontal tensile testing machine can realize close loop control for load and displacement, digital zeroing, digital calibrating, protection, limit-position signal input. All these enable the machine to posses the functions programmed by users. In addition, the machine can be equipped with special analytic software and print the report template according to customer’s requirements. The Servo-Hydraulic horizontal tensile testing system is widely used in some manufacturers producing longer materials.

1. Data Acquisition Rate:
Generally, data acquisition rate is up to 50 Hz synchronous on load and strain by TE controller & software. Customized data acquisition rate is up to 1 kHz synchronous on load and strain by EDC220 controller.
2. Load Measurement Accuracy:
±0.5 % or ±1 % from range of 1% to 100% FS
3. Strain Measurement Accuracy:
Meets or surpasses the following standards ASTM E83, ISO 9513, BS 3846 and EN 10002-4.
